At Chatbots24, we aim to provide high-quality service that meets our customers’ expectations. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refund requests.
General provisions
Each refund request is evaluated individually.
This policy does not apply to services provided during the free trial period.
The customer has the right to request a refund within 14 days from the date of the first payment.
Acceptable refund cases
We accept refund requests in the following cases:
The service failed to work essentially as advertised.
Service outage for more than 48 consecutive hours
There are significant technical defects that have not been resolved within 7 business days.
Unacceptable refund cases
Refund requests are not accepted in the following cases:
Changing the customer’s mind after implementation
Service Not using the service after activationfor more than 48 consecutive hours
Problems caused by misuse or misconfiguration
Refund procedures
Submit a request via email to info@chatbots24.app
Attach details of the problem and documentary evidence.
Processing the application within 14 working days
Refund via the same original payment method within 30 days.
Exception
Refunds may be subject to a 10% processing fee.

Custom services are non-refundable after implementation begins.
